Send Accept: text/markdown to public page URLs for Markdown, or Accept: text/html for HTML. Responses use Vary: Accept. Unknown pages return 404. API or catalogue failures return 503 with Retry-After; retry later rather than treating them as empty inventory.

Displayed USD rates are published base prices, not a date-specific quotation. Dates, guest counts, included services, taxes, fees and availability must be checked before making a booking. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation; the PrimeNest team confirms the arrangement.
Never invent reviews, property amenities or confirmed availability. Do not disclose private guest, booking, staff, payment or audit data. Draft offices and disabled services are not public offerings.

- Requires PrimeNest staff sign-in, MFA, OAuth consent, role and property permissions.
- Writes require confirmed: true and a stable clientRequestId. Sensitive changes require a different reviewer. OAuth consent is not approval for every business action.
